Point 9 - Band I admire

Above here are four pictures of my chosen inspiring band 'Fun'. I find that the work they produce is very genuine and alternative. Nate Ruess has been known to say that he doesn't care if people don't like this music, that he is familiar with the alternative music he has been producing and listening to his entire life, so will keep making his fans happy.
Ruess already knew what he was looking for in a career, and asked his two good friends Andrew Dost and Jack Antonoff to help him put a few songs together. After 'We are young' was released it became the theme song for 'The Superbowl' advert - this made their sales go sky-high, helping the band to Number 1 in both The United States and The United Kingdom.

After looking into the band, I have seen that they were very self motivated during the beginning of their career, simply playing live to get known and make money. Even though they have become very popular since the start of their career, they still perform their music because they are very passionate about having their own style. They are very self-motivated as well as audience aware and have a very supportive group of fans. I find this band very inspiring because they haven't let the fame or the publicity alter their beliefs of good music and are still very passionate about what they want.

The band's videos all have a similar atmosphere about them, being very classy and well dressed, the band express their passion within the lip-syncing and acting in the videos.
